Purpose of an Accountbeheerder

As an Accountbeheerder you become the “face” of Modexpress for our clients. With your service-oriented proactive attitude you make the difference in our customer-oriented service. In an environment where cost efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction have an equal share, you plan and coordinate both the execution of the incoming and outgoing flows and the inventory management in its broadest sense.

A flexible attitude and your contribution to a smooth cooperation with your colleagues in the operation is the key to success. You keep peace and overview at all times. Your qualities will be tested and proven when the pressure increases during peak periods.

Your  workday

You are the linchpin between the client and the warehouse. The customer provides you with assignments and information about work to be performed. In your role as Accountbeheerder, you ensure that this information is properly and clearly transferred to your colleagues in the warehouse. You proactively keep in touch with  the customer about the progress and switch immediately when necessary.

 

For this position it is important that you can keep a good overview and relationship-oriented (both towards the clients and towards your own colleagues). Modexpress works with various systems, it is important that you can easily switch between these systems and that you can handle a computer. You communicate with national and international customers, so it is important that you have a good command of the Dutch and English language.

knowledge and experience

• You have an MBO + work and thinking level and preferably a training in logistics / commercial

• You have knowledge of MS Office, a good command of Outlook and Excel

• You have experience with administrative work

• You have experience with logistics processes

• You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch and English

• Knowledge of systems such as ERP, Astro, Webstart, Ritrov and Office package is an advantage
